The PEAQ ITC directly measures binding affinity, stoichiometry, enthalpy, and entropy in solution, without labeling or immobilization.

Key Benefits:

  • Measures Kd from mM to pM, ΔH, ΔS, and stoichiometry in solution

  • Precise temperature range: 2–80 °C; stability ±0.00012 °C

  • Low sample requirements: as little as 10 µg protein per experiment

  • Accurate injection precision (<1 % error at 2 µL)
